How can we help?
Getting started
How do I sign in? Is there a password?
There is no password. Enter your email (or phone number, where available) and we send you an 8-digit code — type it in and you’re in. You can also use “Sign in with Google”.
You can try the app without an account first; when you sign in, your trial workspace is kept.
How do I set up my AI team?
When you open the app for the first time, pick a team pack (for example the Executive Cabinet with CEO, CMO and CFO) and optionally enter a first goal. You can add, remove and customize Dots at any time under Team and the Template Store.
Is my workspace saved?
Yes. When you are signed in, everything is saved to our database automatically within a few seconds — the badge “Saved in database” at the top shows it. Open the app on another device with the same login and your workspace is there.
Can I have several workspaces?
Yes — use the + next to the workspace switcher in the sidebar, for example one per company or client.
Dots & goals
How do I give a Dot a goal?
On the Overview page, choose a Dot under “Give a goal” and describe the high-level outcome (for example “Win 20 new B2B customers in Q1”). The Dot breaks it into tasks, works through them, checks its own results and reports back in its chat. Goals need an AI model — the included one works out of the box.
Can I change a Dot’s personality and skills?
Yes. Open a Dot from Team to edit its profile, instructions, tone, CV, personality sliders, tools, custom API tools and knowledge base. These settings shape how it decides and writes.
What do Dots do automatically — and what needs my approval?
Dots plan and research on their own. Actions with outside effect, such as sending messages to third parties, follow your settings under Governance & Team and may ask for approval first. You stay responsible for what you approve — always review AI output.
Can Dots talk to each other?
Yes. Dots delegate to colleagues, and you can create group chats under Mobile Bridge or start a meeting in the office. In messenger chats you can address a colleague with @Name.
3D office & rooms
How do I create and design a room?
Click New room, start from a template (Office, Sales floor, Meeting, Lounge, Focus) or an empty room, set width and depth, and place furniture by clicking on the floor. Click an item to rotate it; use Remove to delete it. Rooms are saved with your workspace.
What is the whiteboard for?
Click the whiteboard in the office, then Brainstorm: choose a Dot and a goal, and it maps out the goal as sticky notes — channels, audience, actions, risks and milestones — with links between them. Click a note to turn it into a goal or ask for deeper research. You can also pin your own notes.
How many rooms can I have?
Starter includes 3 rooms; Pro and Enterprise have unlimited rooms.
AI models & keys
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every plan includes Google Gemini Flash with a daily request limit (Starter 100, Pro 2,000, Enterprise 10,000 requests per day; the free trial 30). It is used automatically when you haven’t chosen your own model, and as the last fallback.
How do I connect my own models (bring your own key)?
Go to Models & keys, add a connection (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter and many more, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint), paste your API key and pick the exact model. You can add as many connections as you like, use one model for everyone or one per Dot, and define a fallback chain.
Keys are stored encrypted. Usage is billed by the provider to your account with them.
A new model came out — can I use it?
Yes. The model list is loaded live from each connected provider, and you can always type in any exact model ID.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. See our Privacy Policy for how AI requests are processed.
Telegram & WhatsApp
How do I chat with a Dot on Telegram or WhatsApp?
Open Mobile Bridge in the app, choose Telegram or WhatsApp for a Dot and click Connect phone. Scan the QR code or open the link on your phone and tap Start/Send. Your chat is now linked — the Dot replies there around the clock, even when the app is closed. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
Which commands work in the chat?
/dots lists your team · /use Name switches to another Dot · @Name your question asks a colleague once · /stop disconnects the chat.
Can I send voice messages?
Yes. Voice messages are transcribed and answered like text.
Do messenger chats show up in the app?
Yes — messages from Telegram and WhatsApp appear in the Dot’s chat in the app within a few seconds.
How many Dots can I connect to a messenger?
Starter: 1 Dot. Pro and Enterprise: unlimited. You can link several chats to the same Dot.
Connecting your apps
How do I connect an app (HubSpot, Slack, Shopify, Mercury …)?
Open Integrations, pick the app and follow the three steps in the window: open the provider's instructions (linked), create the key or token there, paste it and click Connect & test. We check it with the provider immediately and show the account it belongs to.
Why API keys instead of “Sign in with …”?
A key is created by you, inside your own account, with exactly the permissions you choose — and you can revoke it there at any time. It does not depend on third-party app approvals, and it works the same for every app.
What can my Dots do with a connection?
By default they have full access: read, create, update and send (for example create CRM contacts, post in Slack, look up orders, add rows). Untick “Allow write actions” for read-only. You can also limit a connection to a single Dot.
Banking and payment apps are special: Dots can read balances and transactions, but moving money needs the separate switch “Allow payments & transfers”.
Is my key safe?
Keys go straight to our backend, are verified with the provider and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). They are never shown again or sent back to the browser. Every API call a Dot makes is listed in the audit log.
My app is not in the list.
Use Any REST API: enter the API's base URL and, if needed, the header that carries the key (for example Authorization: Bearer …). For tools without an API, connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n with the webhook connection. Or tell us which app you need.
Files & Vault
What happens when I send a file to a Dot?
The Dot reads it and acts: invoices are booked, contracts are checked for risks (notice periods, liability, auto-renewal), and other documents are added to the Dot’s knowledge. The original is stored in Files & Vault, grouped by Dot, and the Dot replies in its chat.
Which file types and sizes are supported?
PDFs, images, office and text documents up to 15 MB per file.
Billing & invoices
Which plans are there?
Starter ($29/month), Pro ($99/month) and Enterprise (from $299/month). Paying yearly saves you up to two months. See pricing for what’s included.
Where do I get my invoices?
Before your first payment we ask for your billing details (name, optional company, address, country, optional VAT ID). After every payment an invoice is created automatically, emailed to your invoice address and listed in the app under Usage & Billing → Invoices, where you can view it or save it as PDF.
Invoices are in English by default. To get them in another language, choose it under Billing details → Invoice language.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to Usage & Billing and click Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; available methods (cards and others) are shown at checkout. We never see your full card number.
Account & privacy
How do I change the language, number or date format?
Under Settings: the interface language, and in Regional formats number style (1,234.56 or 1.234,56 …), date, 12/24-hour clock, currency symbol position, metric or imperial units, temperature, paper size (DIN A4 or US Letter) and first day of the week. Your Dots follow these formats in everything they write.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Your data → Export downloads your workspace as a JSON file.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Your data → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, workspaces, files, keys and messenger links. Invoices are kept as required by law.
What happens when I sign out?
Your data stays safe in your account. On this device we clear the session and all locally stored data and caches.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive a sign-in code.
Check your spam folder and wait a minute — codes are valid for 10 minutes and can be re-sent after 30 seconds. Still nothing? Try Google sign-in or contact us.
A Dot says it can’t reach its AI model.
Check Models & keys: your key may be invalid, out of credit or rate-limited. The included model has a daily limit; add a fallback route or your own key to keep working.
My Telegram/WhatsApp chat doesn’t answer.
Send /dots — if the chat isn’t linked, you’ll get instructions. Connect links expire after 30 minutes; create a new one in Mobile Bridge. Also check your plan’s messenger limit.
The app shows old content after an update.
Reload the page. If it persists, sign out and in again — signing out clears all local caches.
